on the European sites included in the European list
The Ministry of the Environment, as amended, pursuant to Section 45a (4) of Act No 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, says that by Commission Decision of 12 December 2008 adopting the first updated list of sites of Community importance for the Pannonian biogeographical region pursuant to Council Directive 92 / 43 / EEC (2009 / 90 / EC), published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 13 February 2009, the following European sites were included in the European list referred to in Government Regulation No 132 / 2005 Coll., establishing a national list of European sites, as amended by Government Regulation No 301 / 2007 Coll.:
