THE LAW
of 7 March 2007
amending Act No. 248 / 2000 Coll., on the Promotion of Regional Development, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 248 / 2000 Coll., on the promotion of regional development, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 109 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 16 (1), point (a) shall be deleted;
Points (b) to (h) shall be renumbered (a) to (g).
2. In Article 16, the following paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) In the cohesion region Prague exercises the powers and powers of the Regional Council of the City of Prague, which is the managing body of operational programmes for the cohesion region Prague.
6g) Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended. '
3. In Article 16e, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) In the cohesion region Prague shall exercise the powers and powers of the Committee referred to in paragraph 1 of the Prague City Council, with the exception of those referred to in point (c) of the Prague City Council. '
1. The Regional Council of the Cohesion Region Prague is hereby repealed.
2. All rights and obligations of the Regional Council of the Cohesion Region Prague are transferred to the capital of Prague on the date of the entry into force of this Act.
3. The rights and obligations of the workers of the Regional Council of the Cohesion Region Prague are transferred from the Regional Council of the Cohesion Region Prague to the capital of Prague.
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
