GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Decree No. 162 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import of sugar into the Czech Republic
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 24 and 25 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures for the export or import of products and on licensing and amending certain laws:
Government Regulation No. 162 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import of sugar into the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 7 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
2. the Annex shall read as follows:

1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 March 2003.
2. This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 2004 or on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union if that date is earlier.
