fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings
The Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 152 (3) and § 153 (1) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on criminal proceedings, provides for a judicial (criminal) procedure, in the full version published under No 148 / 1973 Coll.:
The flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings borne by the State referred to in Articles 152 (1) (c) and 153 (1) of the Criminal Code shall be:
(a) in criminal proceedings involving the issuing of a criminal order which remains in legal power, 500 Ccs;
(b) in other criminal proceedings,
1. if an expert has not been recruited, 800 Ccs,
2. If an expert from a field other than psychiatry has been recruited, 1200 Ccs, 1)
3. if psychiatry experts have been recruited, 1800 Czech. 1)
(1) The Order of the Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic No 61 / 1970 Coll., setting the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings is hereby repealed.
(2) Paragraph 1 does not apply to criminal proceedings final until 30 June 1980.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1980.

1) Addressing an expert shall also mean requesting an opinion from a State authority or a State institution pursuant to Paragraph 110 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, but not its professional expression under § 105 (1), second sentence, of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
