amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 85 / 1977 Coll., on the conditions for the opening and registration of buildings
The Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development pursuant to § 53 (a) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, and the Federal Statistical Office pursuant to § 35 (2) of Act No. 21 / 1971 Coll., on the Single System of Social Economic Information, provides:
Decree No. 85 / 1977 Coll., on the conditions for the opening of buildings and their registration and registration, is amended as follows:
The following Section 24a is inserted after Section 24:
"According to this decree, consent to the start of the buildings and registration and registration of the buildings in the territory of the capital of Prague and the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava shall be granted, unless otherwise provided for in specific regulations."
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
