CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 25 June 1974
on changes in national borders with the Republic of Austria
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
§ 1
The Federal Assembly agrees with the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Republic of Austria on common national borders, signed at Vienna on 21 December 1973.
§ 2
Changes to the borders of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the borders of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic under the Treaty referred to in § 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
§ 3
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
