The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2, 18 and 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Shipbuilding:
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No. 126 / 1967 Coll., on the designation of Exica, a public limited company for foreign trade to conduct certain foreign transactions is amended as follows:
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
The company is reserved for the export and import of footwear, gloves, leather assembly, footwear and artificial materials, leather, leather, leather, fur, hair, hare and leather, except fur.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
