on changes in the heading of the Contracting Parties bound by the Protocol on Judgments Clauses.
Israel acceded to the Protocol on the Laws of Judgments negotiated in Geneva on 24 September 1923 on 24 October 1951 and the Protocol for it became effective on 13 January 1952.
Austria has been bound by the Protocol in relation to the Czechoslovak Republic since 10 December 1953.
