on the provisional implementation of international economic agreements of a general nature.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
If the interest of the State so requires, international economic agreements of a general nature may be implemented before the approval of the National Assembly has been given to them, if the Government so decides on a case-by-case basis and if the President of the Republic so agrees.
(1) The Government shall immediately present a contract, provisionally implemented under this Act, to the National Assembly to give its consent.
(2) If the National Assembly withdraws its approval, the Government shall immediately cease to apply the Treaty.
The Act of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional treatment of trade relations with foreign countries, and the provisions of Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., which partially amends the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff Act and gives provisions on trade relations with foreign countries.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
