extending the Law of 16 May 1946, No. 132 Coll., on the size of the service of certain state and other public employees, to the beneficiaries of resting (provision) salaries.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The provisions of Act No. 132 / 1946 Coll. also apply to the measure of the remuneration of State employees and to the bundles of local authorities who were transferred to the service (commission), after which the service was cancelled without prejudice to the right to rest (provision) salaries before 17 June 1946, and to the measure of the remuneration of the survivors of those employees, as well as to the employees who died before that day in active service.
Decisions and measures under this Act shall be taken by the competent authority, the liquidating authority of which shall arrange for the payment of resting (provision) salaries.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1948; It shall be carried out by finance, interior and post ministers.
