amending and supplementing the Government Decree of 15 July 1927, No 103 Coll., on official categories and official titles, as amended, is amending and supplementing.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Paragraph 21, Paragraph 1 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of Payation):
Paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Law No 103 / 1927 Coll. as amended by the Decree of 24 October 1930, No 146 Coll., of 25 March 1938, No 61 Coll. and of 23 January 1941, No 102 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. The words:
the official title of the "Regional President ',
to the general permanent representatives of the heads of the regional authorities, the official title of the "Regional Vice-President,"
Deputy Governor of Podkarpatské Rusi,
the principal of the State Construction Service at the Regional Office, the official title of the "Regional technical service presenter ',
Head of Police Directorate, official title "Police President ',
Head of the Supervisory Service of the State Police Administration.
2. the words "Vice President of the Regional School Board" shall be replaced by the words "Head of the Regional School Board."
3. The words are newly added:
officials of the Regional National Committees, the official title of the "Regional trade union leader ',
official title "Central Director of National Security ',
to the head of the Waterway Construction Directorate, the official title "Managing Director of Waterways Construction ',
Prefect of the State Health Institute in Prague, the official title of the "trade union leader of the State Health Institute,"
Deputy Chairman of the State Office of the Statistical Office of the "Vice-President of the State Statistical Office '.
The applicability of Paragraph 2 of the Law No 102 / 1941 Coll. is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
