DECLARATION
of 3 December 2004
amending the effectiveness of the Decree implementing Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Security Information Service and the Office for Foreign Relations and Information, the Ministry of Interior provides, pursuant to § 15 (7), § 49 (3), § 79 (7) and § 85 (4) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps:
Amendment of the Order on Personality, which is a prerequisite for the performance of the service in the Security Corps
In Section 7 of Decree No. 487 / 2004 Coll., on the personality competence which is a prerequisite for the performance of the service in the Security Corps, the words "1 January 2005 'are replaced by the words" the date of entry into force of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps'.
Amendment of the Order laying down the type and model of service medals of the Security Corps and the grounds for granting them
In Section 10 of Decree No. 433 / 2004 Coll., establishing the type and model of service medals and the reasons for granting them, the words "1 January 2005 'are replaced by the words" the date of entry into force of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps'.
Amendment of the Order establishing a list of activities prohibited by pregnant members, members until the end of the ninth month following birth and members breast-feeding
In Section 3 of Decree No. 432 / 2004 Coll., which establishes a list of activities prohibited by pregnant members, members of the nine months after birth and nursing members, the words "1 January 2005 'are replaced by the words" the date of entry into force of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps'.
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
