amending Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to Section 25 of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws:
Amendment to Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Fire Department Act of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws
Article III of Decree No. 564 / 2004 Coll., amending Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, reads:
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005, with the exception of points 1 and 4, which take effect on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., on the amendment of the laws relating to the adoption of the Law on the service ratio of members of the Security Corps. '
EFFECTIVE
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
