DECISION
President of the Republic
of 17 December 2004
on the announcement of repeated elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), taking into account Article 17 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the provisions of § 1 (3) and (4), and § 79 (1) (b) and (3) and § 80 (2) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended,
I declare repeated elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the constituency No 19, in which, according to the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Act on Elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, the term of election of the elected member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic has expired and the elections held on 5.11.2004 and 6.11.2004 and on 12.11.2004 by the resolution of the Supreme Administrative Court were declared invalid, and I will set the dates for Friday and Saturday 18 and 19 February 2005.
