amending Government Regulation No. 286 / 2000 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 176 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll.:
Article II of Government Decree No. 286 / 2000 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 176 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, is amended as follows:
1. point 1 shall read as follows:
"1. Until 30 June 2003, CE declarations of conformity may be issued for products not intended for placing on the market in the Member States of the European Community instead of product measures. '
2. the following point 3 is added:
'3. Until 30 June 2003, products for which conformity has been assessed and a declaration of conformity issued pursuant to Government Regulation No 176 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, may be placed on the market. '
Article I shall be without prejudice to acts taken under existing legislation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
