DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 29 May 1980
prohibiting economic relations with South Africa
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 56 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Czechoslovak persons who are authorised to carry out, or may carry out, a foreign economic activity without authorisation may not establish and maintain economic relations with persons having their registered office (domicile) in South Africa when negotiating, concluding and performing contracts relating to foreign economic activities.
The Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No 24 of 20 June 1964 of the Foreign Trade Ministry Bulletin on the prohibition of trade in persons and undertakings in South Africa is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1980.
