on determining Karaexport, a public limited company for foreign trade, to conduct certain foreign trade
The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the state organization of foreign trade and international shipping:
Karaexport, a joint-stock company for foreign trade based in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the company '), for which a State authorisation was granted, together with the approval of the Statutes, by a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of 29 February 1968, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Consumer Industry, the Ministry of Interior and the Central Council of Cooperatives, is intended to conduct the foreign trade in goods referred to in § 2.
(1) The company is reserved for the export and import of fur skins, fur half-assembly and assembly.
(2) The individual types of goods whose exports and imports are reserved for the company are specified in more detail by the Foreign Trade Minister, as appropriate, by a special measure.
(3) The company is entitled to carry out all business related activities.
The company's activities under this Decree are subject to the rules applicable to the conduct of foreign trade.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
