DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport
of 12 June 1967
on swimming and sailing books
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 15 (2) and § 24 of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on Inland Navigation and under § 27 of Act No. 61 / 1952 Coll., on Maritime Navigation:
(1) Each member of the ship's crew of a Czechoslovak ship intended for inland waterway navigation is obliged to have a swimming book when travelling abroad.
(2) Each crew member of a Czechoslovak seagoing ship must have a seagoing book.
Swimming and sailing books are published by the Ministry of Transport.
They shall be deleted:
1. decree No. 609 / 1949 Ú. l of the Czechoslovak office of navigation in Prague, on swimming books for boat crew of Czechoslovak sailing on Oder,
2. Ordinance No 48 / 1957 of the Ministry of the Interior of the Ú. l., on nautical books and maritime cards.
The Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1967.
