GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 July 1966
on changes in the scope of flood protection
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 1 (1) of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The competence of the Ministry of Interior as regards the central management and supervision of flood protection (§ 2 of Act No. 18 / 1958 Coll., on fire protection, in relation to the provisions of § 29 of the Act) is transferred to the Central Water Management.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
