amending Decree No. 76 / 1961 Coll., implementing the provisions of the Gas Act
The Ministry of Fuel and Energy, in agreement with the participating central authorities and authorities, provides pursuant to § 26 of Act No. 67 / 1960 Coll., on the production, distribution and use of heating gases (Gas Act):
Decree No. 76 / 1961 Coll., implementing the provisions of the Gas Act, is amended as follows:
1.
"(d) during periods intended for each type of gas and sampling gas installation, they shall check that such equipment, its operation, maintenance and operation comply with safety requirements."
Article 17 (e) and (f) shall be deleted;
This decree shall take effect on 14 July 1962.
