Government Regulation
of 11 April 1947
increasing the remuneration of the final edition and the salary of the members of certain social insurance courts.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § § 202, 218 and 229 of the Act of 9 October 1924, No 221 Coll., on the insurance of workers in the event of illness, disability and old age, under the Act of 28 December 1887, No 1 of 1888, on accident insurance for workers, under the Act of XIX / 1907, on insurance of industrial and commercial workers in the event of illness and injury, as amended by the Act of 28 December 1887, No 1 of July 1934, No 173 Coll., amending and supplementing the rules on the judicial insurance of workers' insurance, and Article III of the Act of 12 August 1921, No 300 Coll., amending certain provisions of the Act of the Act of Accident insurance for workers:
The Government Decree of 28 December 1928, No 214 Coll., providing for the reimbursement of final issues and the remuneration of the representatives of the arbitration courts of sickness insurance undertakings, insurance courts and the Supreme Insurance Court, shall be amended as follows:
1. in § 1, No 2, the amount of 20 CZK 70 CZK shall be replaced.
2. Paragraph 1, No 3 reads as follows:
"3. if the permanent stay on the journey and at the place of the court for more than six hours, the meals which it makes during the stay
| do osmi hodin | 24 Kčs, |
| do dvanácti hodin | 40 Kčs, |
| delším než dvanáct hodin | 80 Kčs |
daily. "
3. In Section 2, No 1, the amount of 30 CZK 60 CZK and in Section 2, No 2, the amount of 50 CZK 100 CZK is replaced.
4. Paragraph 2 is amended as follows:
"(2) If the associate proves that he has suffered loss of wages in excess of his present salary, he shall be entitled to a supplement up to the amount of the proven loss of wages. '
The Government Decree of 22 December 1934, No 262 Coll., adjusting the arbitration of the judiciary of the accident insurance (provision) of workers, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 12, No 2, the amount of 20 CZK 70 CZK is replaced by the amount of 20 Kč.
2. Paragraph 12, No 3 reads:
"3. if the permanent stay on the journey and at the place of the court for more than 6 hours, the meals which it makes during the stay
| do 8 hodin | 24 Kčs, |
| do 12 hodin | 40 Kčs, |
| delším než 12 hodin | 80 Kčs |
daily. "
3. in Paragraph 13, No 1, the amount of 30 CZK 60 CZK and in § 13, No 2 the amount of 50 CZK 100 CZK is replaced.
4. Paragraph 13 shall constitute paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 shall be added:
"(2) If the associate proves that he has suffered loss of wages in excess of his present salary, he shall be entitled to a supplement up to the amount of the proven loss of wages. '
The applicability of the Order of the Minister of Justice of 24 July 1942, No 272 Coll., to increase the salary of representatives of certain social insurance courts, is hereby revoked.
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Social Welfare and Finance Ministers.
