The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of state authority and certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., for 2005 a salary base of CZK 50 400 per month.
