DECLARATION
of 28 February 2006
amending Decree No 263 / 1999 Coll., amending Decree No 263 / 1999 Coll., laying down the grounds for providing duty leave to professional soldiers for obstacles to service and the scope of duty leave, as amended by Decree No 105 / 2005 Coll.
According to § 39 (5) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
Annex No 2 to Decree No. 263 / 1999 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 105 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 7 (b), the words "or, when transporting personal effects and family members to and from the place of work abroad 'shall be inserted after the words" the municipality'.
2. In the first sentence of point 8, the words "before termination of service, expiry of the period laid down," shall be inserted after the words "for a period of 3 months."
3. the following point 13 is inserted after point 12:
"13. Return of a soldier from the service of units of the multinational armed forces abroad
Staff leave shall be granted on a one-off basis for three consecutive days, no later than 30 days from the date of return from abroad. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
