on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.11.2003 and 31.1.2004:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 30 December 2003 for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004)
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract for the year 2004 (14 January 2004 for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004)
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
3. Collective contract of a higher degree for organisations of polygraphic production (of 29 December 2003 and for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2007)
between
Typographic Besedou, a union of employees of polygraphic production in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia
and
The Union of Polygraphic Entrepreneurs.
4. Collective contract for the year 2004 (18 December 2003 and 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004)

Trade union of workers of the woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic, Czech-Moravian trade union association
and
A union of paper and cellulose industry.
5. Collective contract of higher degree (dated 17 December 2003 for the period 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2005) concluded
