Ministry of Interior
of 27 February 1998
amending and supplementing Decree No 145 / 1956 of the Ministry of the Interior on road traffic, as amended
According to § 2 (1) (c) of Act No. 12 / 1997 Coll., on the safety and continuity of road traffic:
Decree No. 145 / 1956 of the Ministry of Interior No. 145 / 1956 Ú. l., on road traffic, as amended by Decree No. 197 / 1958 Ú. l., Decree No. 141 / 1960 Coll., Decree No. 87 / 1964 Coll., Decree No. 53 / 1965 Coll., Act No. 146 / 1971 Coll., Decree No. 32 / 1972 Coll., Decree No. 103 / 1978 Coll., Act No. 68 / 1979 Coll., Decree No. 69 / 1981 Coll., Decree No. 34 / 1984 Coll., Decree No. 102 / 1995 Coll., and Act No. 12 / 1997 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 83 (1), the words "when they are entered in the register 'and the words" at stations, in races and in garages' are deleted.
2. In the introductory sentence of Paragraph 85 (3), the words "carry out a technical inspection of the registered motor vehicle and if it is found to be fit for service 'shall be deleted.
Article 85 (3) (a) reads as follows:
"(a) assign the first registered registration number to the vehicle, which it shall record on the technical licence of the motor vehicle; If a vehicle does not conform to the type approved, it shall itself issue a technical licence. ';
4. Paragraph 85 (4) shall be deleted.
Section 86 is deleted.
6. In the introductory sentence of Section 87, the words "and Section 86 'and (c) are deleted.
Points (d) to (g) shall be renumbered (c) to (f).
(7) Paragraph 88 (2) (d), (g) and (h) shall be deleted.
Points (e), (f) and (ch) shall be renumbered points (d), (e) and (f).
8. Paragraph 89 (2) (d) shall be deleted.
Points (e) to (g) shall be renumbered (d) to (f).
9. In Paragraph 90 (3), the words "the holder is obliged 'are replaced by the words" the holder may' and the words "Also 'are replaced by the words" the holder'.
10. in Paragraph 93 (3), "CS" is replaced by "CZ."
11. Article 94 shall be added to paragraph 8:
"(8) A vehicle bearing a special registration mark referred to in paragraph 2 (a). (b) or (c) may be operated in international traffic on condition that they have been issued with a certificate of a technical licence for a motor vehicle which can only be issued provided that the vehicle has been approved for technical roadworthiness. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1998.
