GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 February 1997
declaring the 1st amendment to the binding part of the urban plan of the Hradec-Pardubice regional conurbation
The Government orders pursuant to Paragraph 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll.:
1. the amendment and the amendment to the binding part of the major territorial plan of the Hradec-Pardubice regional conurbations shall be as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation and listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Zoning Plan of the Hradec-Pardubice Regional Agglomeration, approved by Government Resolution 151 of 18 May 1988, as amended by Government Resolution 71 of 12 February 1997, is deposited with the district offices of Nymburk, Kolín, Pardubice, Hradec Králové and the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1. amendment and amendment of the binding part of the urban plan of the Hradec-Pardubice regional conurbation
1. When using the territory, protect the corridor of motorway D 11 in the graphic section of the 1: 50 000-scale spatial plan in the Libice nad Cidlinou section - Hradec Králové section, in accordance with Annex 1.
2. The construction of the D 11 motorway in the section defined in point 1 shall be of public benefit.
