GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 February 1996
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the large district of Litomerice
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the major territorial area plan of the district of Litomerice, as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The territorial plan of the large district of Litoměřice, approved by Government Resolution 110 of 7 February 1996, is deposited at the District Office of Litoměřice, the City offices of Litoměřice, Lovosice, Roudnice nad Labem, Terezín, Libochovice, Szczětí, Třebenice, Ústěk and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the urban plan of the large district of Litoměřice
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
(a) motorway D 8, intersections and lures;
(b) roads, roadblocks, cross-level crossings and bridges of roads No I / 15, I / 30, II / 240, II / 246, II / 261 and III / 00815;
(c) the modernisation of railway section No 090 as 1st railway corridor and line No 072;
d) the water feeder from Malejov to Roudnice nad Labem and its connection to the new source Kolešov and the water feeder from the Firecracker Meandra to the water tower Sulejovice,
(e) sewers connecting Lovosice and Terezin with a sewage treatment plant in Litoměřice;
f) Trnovany gas pipeline - Liběšice - Úšek and Hlinná - Lovosice,
g) Telecommunications cables Ústí nad Labem - Litoměřice, Úštěk - Roudnice nad Labem - Libčeves - Litoměřice and Mlené spány - Brozany,
(h) completion of the premises for transporting trucks by rail in Lovosice;
(i) the centre of transport services for combined transport at Lovosic,
(j) the trans-regional and regional environmental stability system.
2. The construction associated with the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 (a) to (i), as defined in the graphic section of the zoning plan, provided by the approval clause, shall be of public benefit.
