GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 June 1968
on the additional contribution from construction activities
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to Article 9 of Act No. 83 / 1966 Coll., on the fourth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic:
The additional contribution of construction companies pursuant to § 27 (1) (g) of Decree No. 100 / 1966 Coll., on the planned management of the national economy, as amended by Decree No. 16 / 1968 Coll. is carried out by construction companies within the jurisdiction of the ministries of construction, mining, transport and national defence, by the production unit of agricultural buildings within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, by local construction enterprises and by the national undertakings of the Road.
The net profit recognised shall be the basis for determining the additional contribution.
1. after deduction:
(a) contributions to the national budget and budgets of the national committees (excluding contributions from basic funds and from stocks),
(b) additional contributions from the reallocation of funds between production units and within production units and for undertakings managed by the national committees of additional levies to the budgets of the national committees established in 1967,
(c) the amounts of gross income used to create the fixed minimum amount of the company's reserve fund *) and the amounts that the company attaches under the agreement with the Czechoslovak State Bank in the reserve fund, provided that these amounts are tied up by the end of 1968;
(d) the compulsory allocation of the cultural and social needs fund;
(e) contributions to the technical development, damage and compensation fund and the geological and exploratory work fund, in the mining sector also contributions to the social fund;
(f) shares in economic results up to the above agreed wage regulation, where the undertaking was entitled to pay those shares; and
2. after addition
subsidies from the reallocation of funds between production units and within production units.
The undertakings make an additional levy of 65% on the basis of Article 2.
The additional contribution shall be made by the undertakings into a special account of the state (central) budget with the Czechoslovak State Bank, monthly at the amount calculated in accordance with Article 3 from the beginning of the year to the end of the preceding month after deduction of the contributions for the previous months. Otherwise, the provisions of § 29 (2) and (3) of Decree-Law No 100 / 1966 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance can allow a discount from the additional levy.
The additional levy provided for in this Regulation shall be applied by undertakings only for 1968.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; the first contribution shall be made by the undertakings for January to May 1968.
