supplementing Decree No 87 / 1963 Coll., on the sale of certain agricultural products to employees of state goods and other state organisations with agricultural production
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in agreement with the participating ministries and with the Central Council of Trade Unions, provides, pursuant to § 5 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 84 / 1963 Coll., on the State Wage Commission:
Paragraph 3 (2) of Decree No 87 / 1963 Coll. is added as follows:
"The provisions of this paragraph shall apply to workers referred to in Paragraph 1 (1) (1), even after they have started to be remunerated under uniform national arrangements; *) but these agricultural products are also sold to them at the prices referred to in Section 7 (3). ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1964.

*) According to the Government Resolution 83 / 1964 and the National Labour Commission Resolution 5 / 1964, they will be remunerated according to uniform national arrangements. (a) as from 1 April 1964, 1. Agricultural mechanizers (tractors and combatants) 2. Technical personnel of the farm and production groups or other operating units, which are assimilated to the farm or production groups (centres, etc.) (b) as from 1 July 1964, maintenance workers, repairers, artisans and certain workers in the enterprises and organisations of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water (c) on the date of the introduction of two-shift operations in cattle and sows by cattle and sows.
