repealing the applicability of the Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry of 3 March 1943, No 91 Coll., on measures against San José (Aspidiotus perniciosus) on import and transit, as amended by the Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry of 23 July 1943, No 213 Coll.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § 11, 13, 17 and 19 of the Act of 2 July 1924, No. 165 Coll., on the protection of plant production:
The applicability of Regulation No 91 / 1943 of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry Coll. as amended by Regulation No 213 / 1943 of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture.
