laying down the method for adjusting the stamp duty.
According to § 2, paragraphs 3 and 6 of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 32 Coll., on the unification and adaptation of certain fee regulations, I declare in agreement with the Minister of Posts and for Slovakia also in agreement with the delegates of finance and post and telegraph:
From the postal guides in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, a fee of 1 CZK is prepared from 16 March 1946 at the time of submission or delivery of the consignment at the same time as the postal charges, either in cash or with a postage stamp attached to the guide.
In Slovakia, this fee (Section 1) is fixed by the use of postal guides with 1 Kcs printed stamp, issued by the postal administration.
