Minister for Labour and Social Welfare
of 13 June 1945
on accident insurance for agricultural and forestry undertakings.
According to Article III, § 6, paragraph 3 of the Government Decree of 21 December 1943, No 1 of 1944 Coll., on accident insurance, the Minister for Labour and Social Welfare has ordered, in agreement with the Minister for Agriculture and the Supreme Office, the following price:
The Act of 28 December 1887, rev. No. 1 of 1888, on workers' accident insurance, as amended by Government Decree No. 1 / 1944 Coll., takes effect in full for agricultural and forestry undertakings on 1 January 1945 and applies to claims for compensation if the eligible accident was after 31 December 1944; However, child allowances shall also be granted to pensions which have been attacked or attacked from accidents before 1 January 1945.
The orphan's pension from accidents before 1 January 1945 shall continue to be paid until the eighteenth year of the child's age is completed if the eighteenth year of age is completed only after 31 December 1944; if the orphan's pension for the completion of the 15th year of age has been stopped before 1 January 1945, they shall be paid from that date on a proposal from the creditor. Likewise, it shall be done with child support.
Persons not covered by sickness insurance who have suffered an indemnifiable accident within two months of the publication of this decree shall be entitled to a full pension from the date of the accident until the end of the medical treatment at the place of sickness and sickness benefit.
The time limits, which began to run under Government Decree No 1 / 1944 Coll. from the date of publication of this Regulation, shall be calculated for agricultural and forestry undertakings from the date of publication of this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
