CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 25 November 2004
on the change of national borders with the Federal Republic of Germany
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
The Parliament of the Czech Republic agrees to change the national borders of the Czech Republic with the Federal Republic of Germany under the Treaty between the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany to change the course of the common national borders in the motorway bridge area at the border crossing point of Rozvadov - Waidhaus, signed in Prague on 17 April 2003.
The amendment of the national borders of the Czech Republic pursuant to the Treaty referred to in Article 1 shall take effect on the date on which this Treaty enters into force.
This constitutional law shall take effect on the day of its publication.
