amending Decree No 371 / 2002 Coll., laying down a procedure for the destruction and destruction of weapons, ammunition and the production of their cuts
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to Article 79 (4), for the implementation of Article 39 (2) (a) and (b) and Article 39 (3) (a) of Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on firearms and ammunition and amending Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the Verification of Firearms, Ammunition and Pyrotechnic Articles and on the Amendment to Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on Firearms and ammunition (Firearms Act No. 156 / 1998 Coll., as amended, and Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Commercial Enterprise (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 13 / 1998 Coll.
Decree No 371 / 2002 Coll., laying down the procedure for the destruction and destruction of weapons, ammunition and the production of their cuts, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (c):
"(c) the firing pin and the firing pin shall be removed, or the firing pin with a fixed firearm shall be reduced at least by the firearm."
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "or storage shaft permanently adjusted against the insertion of the container 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (c).
3. in Article 5 (a), the words "and control meters, including place of execution," are replaced by the words "assembly and dismantling preparations and materials."
4. in Article 5 (c):
"(c) the weapon, the main part of the weapon, the prohibited weapon supplement or a sample of ammunition in the condition prior to degradation; where the dimensions or weights do not permit their presentation, the available location of their storage shall be communicated. ';

Conditions for assigning a control degradation mark
(1) The holder of an arms licence for destruction or destruction of weapons or ammunition shall submit an application for the assignment of a control degradation mark with a registration number to the Office. The licence or a certified copy thereof shall be submitted to the application.
(2) The holder of an arms licence for an invalidated weapon, the main part of the weapon and the prohibited weapon supplement or their incisions shall issue a control degradation mark in a visible and permanent manner on at least one main part of the weapon or on a prohibited weapon supplement.
(3) Impaired ammunition or ammunition cutting shall be marked visibly and permanently on a cartridge and a 12.7 mm caliber bullet; for other types of ammunition on their bodies.
(4) The location of the control degradation mark on the weapon or ammunition is indicated in the certificate (Section 7). The model of the control degradation mark is given in Annex 1 '.
6. Paragraph 8 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) According to the type of ammunition, at least one of these destruction procedures shall be selected, namely:
(a) delaboration followed by melting,
(b) by explosion; or
(c) incineration. ';
7. In Annex 2 (2) (a):
"(a) identification details of the licence holder
1. the name and surname, date of birth, residence, place of business and identification number of entrepreneurs, if any, if any;
2. name or business name, registered office and identification number, if he is a legal person. ';
8. In Annex 2, point 2, the following point (c) is inserted after point (b):
"(c) the location of a control degradation mark on a weapon or ammunition, and ';
At the end of point (b), the clutch "a 'is replaced by a comma and point (c) is renumbered as point (d).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
