DECLARATION
of 6 March 2025
amending Decree No. 196 / 2001 of the Ministry of Justice Coll., on the remuneration and replacement of notaries, trustees and notaries of the Czech Republic (notarial tariff), as amended
According to Section 35o (3) of Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., on notaries and their activities (notarial order), as amended by Act No. 300 / 2021 Coll., the Ministry of Justice provides as follows:
Čl. I
In Article 24a (4) of Decree No. 196 / 2001 Coll., on Rewards and Refunds of Notaries, Trustees of the Dominion and Notary Chamber of the Czech Republic (Notary Tariff), as amended by Decree No. 403 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 432 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 338 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 318 / 2021 Coll., the amount "300 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."
Čl. II
Transitional provision
The Chamber's activity under Section 35o of the notarial order, which the applicant applied for before the date of the entry into force of this Order, shall be the remuneration of the Chamber under Decree No. 196 / 2001 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Decree.
Čl. III
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
