on the model of a civil servant's licence to carry out checks in service offices in the professional relations of civil servants
According to § 13 (7) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., the Ministry of Interior provides:
Model of licence
A model of a civil servant's licence to carry out an inspection in the service offices in the service relations of civil servants is set out in the Annex to this Order.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 April 2015.

Model of the licence of a civil servant authorised to carry out checks in service offices in the professional relations of civil servants
1. Description
(a) On the face side of the licence, the following text appears on the first and second lines: "Ministry of the Interior, Civil Service Section." The third and fourth rows contain the following text: "The document of the civil servant responsible for carrying out checks in the service offices in the service relations of civil servants'. The seventh line contains the following text:" Civil servant registration number '. The 10th and eleventh lines contain the following text: "name, if any, names, and surname, or academic title." On the 16th line is the text: "licence number'. On the left is a photograph of a civil servant. On the top right is a large state emblem of the Czech Republic. The lower part of the licence contains the following text:" This card entitles its holder to exercise control in the service offices of the Czech Republic in the service relations of civil servants under Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service. "
b) On the reverse side of the licence, the words "Ministry of the Interior, Department of Civil Service" appear on the first and second lines. The following is added: "This card is a public document, falsification or alteration is criminal. The Ministry of the Interior requests the finder to return the card to the nearest department of the Police of the Czech Republic or any workplace of the Ministry of Interior. The use of a card is criminal '. The lower part of the licence shall contain the following text:" date of issue of the licence', "print of the official stamp 'and" signature of the Deputy Minister of the Interior of the Civil Service'.
(c) the card is printed on 100% pulp paper, 110 g / m2, without optical brightening with full chemical protection; Its dimensions are 99 x 69 mm and are contained in a plastic packaging of 105 x 75 mm. The security features are the unique and unmistakable continuous watermark of the lion in the shield and of the lime leaves, a price grid with a combination of colours that makes it difficult to obtain copies on colour laser printers. The photograph of a civil servant is coloured with dimensions 3,5 x 4,5 cm. The requirements for the technical execution of the photograph shall comply with the technical requirements for photographs for the issue of the identity card.
