DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 16 / 2009 Coll., on the content and scope of the qualification for the exercise of physical security and the service of a private investigator
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 73a (2) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 16 / 2009 Coll., on the content and scope of the qualification for the exercise of physical security and the service of a private investigator, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 6 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Certificate of professional qualifications means for the purpose of demonstrating the professional qualification of the applicant for the concession or the responsible representative for the licensed trade
(a) the surveillance of the property and persons certified for the part-qualification of the guard;
(b) the services of private detectives certified for the sub-qualification of Detective Associate,
which is not more than 5 years old, has been issued by an authorised person and fulfils the requirements laid down in paragraph 1. ';
2. In Article 6, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The certificate of professional qualifications shall be considered for the purpose of demonstrating the professional qualifications of the person referred to in Section 1 (a) (2) for the licensed trade
(a) the surveillance of the property and persons certified for the part-qualification of the guard;
(b) the services of private detectives certified for the sub-qualification of Detective Associate,
which is not more than 10 years old, has been issued by an authorised person and fulfils the requirements of paragraph 1. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
