DECLARATION
of 12 February 2008
amending Decree No 223 / 2005 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended by Decree No 489 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 28 (7) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No 223 / 2005 Coll., on certain educational documents, as amended by Decree No 489 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (2) (a):
"(a) at the first stage of the primary school are listed in Annex 1 and Annex 1a to this decree, '.
2. in Paragraph 1 (2) (b):
"(b) at the second stage of the primary school are listed in Annex 2 and Annex 2a to this decree, '.
3. the following Annex 1a is inserted after Annex 1:
