DECLARATION

on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 50th anniversary of victory over fascism
The Czech National Bank provides according to § 22 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
(1) On the 50th anniversary of the victory over fascism, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2,2 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth. In the case of two-hundredth stamping in both normal and special design, the permitted tolerance shall be up and down in weight 0,13 g, 0,1 mm in diameter, 0,15 mm in thickness and 0,5% in silver.
(1) On the cheek of two hundred crowns is stylized large state emblem of the Czech Republic situated closer to the right edge of the coin. Under the national emblem is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" and under it the name of the state "Czech Republic." The mint brand that hit the two hundred crown is placed in the middle under the name of the state.
(2) On the back of a two-hundred crown, at the left edge of the coin, a stylised dove is depicted as an allegory of peace, in whose right wing the text "Victory over fascism" is written. Over the right wing of the dove are the years "1945" and "1995." The author of the two hundred crown design is Jitka Jelínková. The initials of her name "JJ" are placed at the lower left edge of the coin under the tail of the dove.
This Decree shall take effect on 26 April 1995.
