DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
pursuant to Article 62 (1) (1) of the Constitution
on the negotiation of international agreements
On the basis of the authorisation given to me by the Constitution, I give - subject to any other decision -
the following decision:
1. carry
(a) the negotiation of international agreements which do not require the consent of the National Assembly (Article 42 of the Constitution) to the Government;
(b) the negotiation of international agreements governing matters falling exclusively within the scope of one ministry or other central administration body managed by a member of the government and of its importance do not go beyond its scope, to a member of the government entrusted with the management of that ministry or other central authority;
2.
(a) the delegation of power referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the negotiation, access and acceptance of multilateral international agreements;
(b) the contracts referred to in paragraph 1 (b), provided that, according to the explicit provision of the international agreement in force, two members of the government are negotiated simultaneously to implement some of its principles, may be negotiated in the form of a single joint contract document.
