amending Article 2 (4) of the State Planning Commission Act
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Act No. 41 / 1959 Coll., on the State Planning Commission, as amended by the Act of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 1 / 1961 Coll., is amended as follows:
The first sentence of Paragraph 2 (4) is amended as follows:
"(4) The State Planning Commission shall consist of the Chairman of the State Planning Commission, which is a member of the Government, and of the members of the Deputy Presidents of the State Planning Commission, certain economic ministers and significant representatives of economic life, science and technology. '
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
