DECLARATION
President of the State Social Security Office
of 12 May 1960
providing for decisions on certain additional benefits of pension insurance by the national committees of the South Moravian Region
The President of the State Social Security Office shall, in agreement with the participating ministers and with the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to Article 69 (1) of Act No. 55 / 1956 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 41 / 1958 Coll.:
On the benefits provided under the pension scheme for members of single agricultural cooperatives, individual farmers and other self-employed persons,
the increase in pensions provided for under the rules referred to in the preceding paragraph for helplessness and the increase in the education allowance for such pensions for helplessness; and
increasing the old-age and invalidity pensions awarded under the rules referred to in the first paragraph, which are due for the period of employment in employment or for the period of activity in relation to a member of the production cooperative who has been employed after the pension has been granted,

Regional National Committees in Blansk, Brno-rural areas, Breclav, Vyškov and Znojmo and the City National Committee in Brno-town,
from 1 October 1960
District National Committees in Gottwald, Hodonín, in Jihlava, in Kromeriz, in Prostějov, in Třebíč, in Uherské Hradiště and in Žďár nad Sázavou.
Decree No 135 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which is transmitted in the Brno Region in order to gain the experience of deciding on certain additional benefits of pension (insurance) from the State Social Security Office to the executive bodies of the national committees of this region, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect from 12 June 1960.
