of 30 November 1957
repealing State inspections of crop harvests.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The State inspection of crop harvests shall be abolished.
The national inspection of crop crops shall be carried out by the national authority of statistics, which shall in particular:
(a) organise and manage the survey of the estimation of the yield of hectares and crop harvests and make the data accurate and correct;
(b) organise and carry out checks on crop records as well as on crop records;
(c) verify the performance of the tasks, ensuring the increase of hectares and crop harvests;
(d) to detect crop losses on main crops at sampling intervals of several years.
Government Decree No. 23 / 1953 Coll., on State inspection of crop harvests, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Chairman of the Statistical Office in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
