Government Regulation
of 12 November 1954
on the delegation of competence in the field of scientific and technological cooperation from the State Office planning to the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The organisation of scientific and technical cooperation and the exchange of technical experience with friendly states [§ 1 (i) vl. nařízení No 95 / 1951 Coll., which issues the Statute of the State Office of Planning] is transferred from the jurisdiction of the State Office of Planning to the Ministry of Foreign Trade as regards foreign relations.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister-President of the State Planning Office and the Minister for Foreign Trade.
