Government Regulation
of 4 November 1952
on the establishment of a Russian language university in Prague.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 3 and § 7 (3) of Act No. 58 / 1950 Coll., on Higher Education:
(1) On 1 September 1953 a university of Russian language is established in Prague.
(2) The head of this university is the Rector and the Board of Higher Education.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be carried out by the Minister for Education, Science and Art in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
