THE LAW
of 20 December 2006
amending Act No. 107 / 1999 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Senate, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In § 146 of Act No. 107 / 1999 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Senate, paragraph 1, including new footnote 50a, reads:
"(1) The Senate Office set up under the Special Law 50) shall carry out the tasks assigned to it by:
(a) professional, organisational and technical security of the activities of the Senate, its bodies and officials, senators and senators' clubs; and
(b) using the premises of the Senate headquarters 50a) to the public, unless such premises are directly used to carry out the tasks referred to in (a).
50a) Annex No 2 to Act No. 59 / 1996 Coll., on the seat of Parliament of the Czech Republic. '.
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
