DECLARATION
of 3 December 2004
amending Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., establishing the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 1a (3) and § 2 of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Classification of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, the words "Borač, Borovnik, Chernvír, Dolní Loučky, Doubravík, Drahonín, Horní Loučky, Kaly, Katov, Křižínkov, Kuřimská Nová Ves, Kurímská Jestřabi, Lubná, Nedvýdice, Níhov, Olší, Pernštěnský Jestřábí, Rojetín, Říkonín, Senorads, Skráje, Tišnovská Nová Ves, Úježe u Tišnov, Vášnova, Žďárec 'shall be added in the district of Brno.
2. In Annex No 1, in the district of Bruntal, the words "Huzová, Moravian Beroun, Norberčany 'are deleted.
3. In Annex 1, the words "Huzová, Moravský Beroun, Norberčany 'shall be added to the district of Olomouc.
4. In Annex 1, the word "Senorada," shall be deleted from the district of Třebíč.
5. In Annex 1, the words "Borač, Borovnik, Blackwind, Dolní Loučky, Doubravík, Drahonín, Upper Loučky, Kaly, Katov, Křižínkov, Kuřimská Nová Ves, Kurímská Jestřabi, Lubné, Nedvýdice, Níhov, Olší, Pernštěnský Jestřabi, Rojetín, Řikonín, Skryje, Tišnovská Nová Ves, Escape from Tišnova, Vátislovka, Žďárec, 'shall be deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005.
