The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 15 paragraph 10 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 532 / 2005 Coll., on the reimbursement of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes, as amended by Decree No. 37 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 368 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 387 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
