DECLARATION
of 20 December 2006
amending Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., which publishes a list of health performance with points, as amended
According to Article 17 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., issuing a list of health performance with point values, as amended by Decree No. 55 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 135 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 449 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 101 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 291 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 493 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following point 40 is inserted after point 39:
"40. 913 - general nurse in social services.
The general nurse in social services is the general nurse providing health care to insured persons in residence facilities of social services and in health facilities of institutional care to insured persons located there for reasons other than health. In the provision of nursing and rehabilitation health care to insured persons residing in social services and in health care institutions to insured persons who are located in them for reasons other than health reasons, the healthcare provided shall be reported on the basis of the medical practice of the treating physician by appropriate professional practice 913. ';
Points 40 to 46 shall become points 41 to 47.
2. The following point 18 is inserted after point 17 of the Annex to the Decree in Part 1 of Chapter 5 of the Text:
"18. 00030 is recorded on beds in special hospital-type facilities."
Points 18 to 38 shall be renumbered 19 to 39.
3. In the Annex to the Decree in Part 1, the text part of Chapter 5 of Sub-Chapter 2, after the words "Intermediary care ', is inserted after the words" Care provided in special hospital-type bed facilities'.
4. In the Annex to the Decree in Part 1, the text part of Chapter 5 of Sub-Chapter 3 is inserted after the words "Intermediary care" in point 2 after the words "Intermediary care" and the words "care provided in special hospital-type bed facilities."
5. In the Annex to the Decree in Part 1 of Chapter 5 of Sub-Chapter 5.2, the following row 00030 is inserted after row 00029:

6. In the Annex to the Decree in Part 1 of Chapter 5 of the Subchapter 7.1.5.1, the following row 00030 is added at the end:

7. In the Annex to the Decree in Chapter 7, in the third sentence of sub-chapter 1, after the number "911," the number "913," is inserted.
8. In the annex to the Order in Part 2. The following Chapter 913 is inserted after Chapter 911:
