GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 March 2022
amending Government Regulation No. 136 / 2015 Coll., on the equivalence of certain tests and professional qualifications of the special part of the official examination, as amended by Government Regulation No. 157 / 2019 Coll., and Government Regulation No. 1 / 2019 Coll., on the fields of civil service
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 5 (2) and 36 (4) and (5) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 35 / 2019 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the equivalence of certain examinations and professional qualifications of a specific part of the official examination
In Annex 1 to Government Regulation No 136 / 2015 Coll., on the equivalence of certain tests and professional qualifications of a specific part of the official exam, as amended by Government Regulation No 157 / 2019 Coll., the following row is inserted after the line "Crisis management, population protection and integrated rescue system ':

Transitional provisions
1. A civil servant who, on the date of entry into force of this Regulation, served a civil service in the civil service field of the Civil Service Organisation and administration of the service relations of civil servants, members of the Security Corps and soldiers pursuant to Government Regulation No. 1 / 2019 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall perform a civil service in the civil service field of the Civil Service Organisation and the administration of the service relations of civil servants as from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. Successfully performed special part of the official examination for the field of state services Organisational matters of state services and administration of the service relationships of civil servants, members of the security corps and soldiers pursuant to Government Decree No. 1 / 2019 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be considered as a successful special part of the official examination for the field of state service Organisational matters of state service and administration of the service relations of civil servants as from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 April 2022.
